Stephen O. McNeeley age 66, died on Sunday September 9th at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He passed away after a 2 year struggle with several health issues.
He was born in LaFollette, Tn on September 14, 1951 to Clifford E.(Tip) McNeeley and Jessie P. McNeeley.
Stephen is survived by his Wife Susan and Daughter Kellie both of Knoxville, TN.
3 Sisters Katherine and the late Kenneth Cunnigham, Linda and Don Nelson, and Sheila and Gary Vickers.
2 Brothers Cliff McNeeley and Jon McNeeley, with a host of neices and nephews. Special mention to great nephew Jace Jones.
Stephen had been a member of the Masonic Lodge for 25 years.
Celebration of life Ceremony will be held at Third Creek Baptist Church (4917 Western Avenue) on Sunday September 16th from 2pm -4pm. Service at 4pm with Reverend Rodney Duncan officiating.

  3. Steve was always friendly and nice. Those that went before him had saved him a seat and greeted him immediately. I know Big John Lucas,and John Roberts, Rudy and Bob Maples made him comfortable at the big bar in heaven!
